Dispatch for Google Chrome™

Save prompts, insert them anywhere.

Write a prompt once, organize it into folders, and insert it into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and the other AI chats you already use, instead of hunting through old conversations to find and paste it again.

Dispatch's side panel, open next to Gemini, showing a library of saved prompts organized into folders

One library. Every AI chat.

Write it once. Insert it anywhere.

Dispatch keeps a single prompt library that works the same way across every AI chat it supports, so switching between ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and the rest never means rebuilding your prompts from scratch.

Three ways in, one library behind them.

Save once, then reach for it however is fastest in the moment.

  1. 1

    Save a prompt

Organize prompts into folders, mark favorites, and add {{placeholders}} to reuse one prompt across similar situations.

  2. 2

    Insert it

Click it in the side panel, right-click any text field for your favorites, or press Ctrl+Shift+U for your top favorite prompt.

  3. 3

    Send it your way

Dispatch inserts straight into the focused field, or falls back to your clipboard on a page it doesn’t support yet.

Choose your destination.

Enable the AI services you actually use and set a default, or override the destination for a single prompt. With a Gmail conversation open, run a saved prompt against it and Dispatch reads the thread, adds your signature, and sends the whole request to the AI service you choose.

Organized your way.

Nested folders, favorites, search, and drag-to-reorder keep a growing prompt library easy to navigate. Export the whole thing to CSV for backup, or import prompts from a doc, notes app, or spreadsheet.

Plain about privacy.

Prompts, folders, and settings stay in Chrome. Page content is only read when you ask Dispatch to insert a prompt or read an open email, and it’s never sent anywhere except the AI service you choose. Optional analytics never include prompt text or page content and can be turned off anytime.

Stop re-pasting the same prompt.
